General Subject: Biden Administration
Vote Today. Ballot creation date: 12/12/2022
Fact: It was announced (the week of December 5, 2022) in the MSM (Main Stream Media) that the lobster fishing industry in the State of Maine has been shut down by the EPA (US Environmental Protection Agency) because of the lobster lines from single traps to floating buoys being a threat to Wright Wales. Fact: Also during this same week, a spokesman for the Maine Lobster fishing industry, whose family has been in that business for over 150 years, stated unequivocally that there has never been recorded even one sighting of a Wright Whale in the lobster fishing areas of Maine.
Many public health and environmental groups advocate for the Agency (EPA) and believe that it is creating a better world. Other critics believe that the Agency commits government overreach by adding unnecessary regulations on business and property owners. It was also ‘rumored’ in some of the Media that the Maine lobster fishing areas have been slated for the installations of electric power generating windmills.
Regardless, until and unless resolved, the ridiculousness of any reason for the EPA, or any Agency of the United States, to arbitrarily shut down an industry lies beyond the Constitutionality of such action. The statement of intent of such action as a given fact, without the fisherman ignoring the the new 'regulation' is taken by the Government as an ecceptance if it, and certainly not enough of a slam to the public to start a civil war.
This MOT Poll Ballot weighs the theft by the Government of the application of the US Constitution from US Citizens when arbitrarily shutting down an industry for a reason given that is without known or proven factual cause of harm, but for reasons apparently derived out of an energy concern for some hidden other harmful, non-scientific forced agenda like "Weather Change", that is similar to the actions taken by in-your-face dictatorships.
