Afghanistan Evacuation

Vote Today. Ballot creation date: 08/18/2021

Facts

Facts: President Trump scheduled US Troops to leave Afghanistan by May 1, 2021. President Trump was effectively out of Office on January 20, 2021, over three months before May 1, 2021. Fact: President Biden, soon after taking Office rescheduled troops leaving Afghanistan to take place by September 11, 2021, the twentieth anniversary of “9/11”. Fact: In the beginning of August, 2021, President Biden moved the exit date for leaving Afghanistan to begin immediately, to the end of August, 2021, leaving little time for a safe and orderly exit. Fact: Between January 20, 2021 and August 1, 2021, the Biden Administration made no plans, logistical or otherwise, for the safe and expeditious exit of US troops, US civilians, and loyal Afghanistan civilians who assisted the US during the past 20 years of US military and civilian occupation in Afghanistan. Facts: Today the World News showed video scenes at the Kabul, Afghanistan airport of hundreds of people chaotically attempting to board US C-17 transport aircraft to get out of there. Many of these scenes show over 600 people inside a C-17 sitting on the floor of the aircraft. Fact: When the Biden Administration announced the withdrawal of US Troops in August, 2021, senior members of the US Army disagreed with the date because of lack of preparation, but were overridden by the elected Commander in Chief, which was in his power to do so in accordance with the US Constitution for all Presidents who are perceived by most of the Congress as being a duly elected President. Fact: Many $billions (about 85 billion, or the equivalent of 85 thousand million-dollar piles of silver dollars) of US military arms (guns, planes, armed vehicles), civilian equipment (trucks and cars), and expensive infrastructure (roads, buildings, and runways), are being left intact to the 20-year terrorist Taliban enemies of the US during this evacuation. Fact: It is commonly known that among the maxims and learnings of human warfare versus mass murder, two rules of disengagement (surender) are: 1. Do not voluntarily leave any of your people behind and helpless when leaving after surrender. 2. Do not voluntarily leave weapons and equipment of war behind to an enemy when surrendering, especially when they consist of more and better weapons and equipment than the enemy had before you surrendered to them.

Analysis and Conclusion relative to theft:

The recorded chaotic scenes of evacuation (surrender) at Kabul Airport were similar to, some would say identical to, the recorded scenes of evacuation of US and Vietnamese civilians when leaving Saigon, South Vietnam, in 1975. This MOT Poll Ballot weighs the theft of virtually all relative and applicable commonly known maxims and learnings of warfare, from the decision making process of a duly elected President who, in trust, the American people paid the Biden Administration to consider, or explain why not to consider, before more loss of US lives can take place during the evacuation of Afghanistan.
