Analysis and Conclusion relative to theft:

Some of the news media has supported government and political endeavors to instill a view of impending doom that may be caused by man's industrial carbon particulates sent into the atmosphere of Earth. This promulgation of fear by government and its associated agencies such as the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) without scientific proof of cause comprises a theft of supporting monies from the population in the form of taxes, fees, and fines. Government funded research costs to establish the existence of possible man-made causes of environmental harm to the planet are not included in this Ballot. However, Government research costs for studies, research, and field trips on climate change and global warming that are not made by degreed and professional meteorologists with published and accompanied records, and transcripts of related subject courses from US accredited colleges and universities, are also considered taxes spent but unapproved by Congress, or, theft.

This MOT Ballot weighs the theft of money and attention by government, media, and individuals who use Climate Change for news, taxes, fees, or fines which are thus far not based on known data from a majority of researchers with readily available educational transcripts, meteorological degrees from accredited academic institutions, and verified associated experience in meteorology and weather research.
