Fact: An advanced speed-controlling system was funded, tested, and scheduled for installation in about a month. Fact: The first Presidential (Obama) stimulus bill of over $900 Billion was slated to improve US infrastructure, but most was given to Unions to keep Union workers employed during the recession which insured Union dues to be added to Union Democratic Party political funds. Fact: The Amtrak train mishap was not related to railroad infrastructure. Fact: Democratic officials have cited the Amtrak mishap as a reason for acquiring more infrastructure funding.
