Analysis and Conclusion relative to theft:

Normal professional investigative methodology involves the determination of motive of all parties of interest affected by the murder and mission of the US Ambassador. The timely withholding (stealing) of this primary and critical information, and it not being the initial and primary direction of any murder investigation, detracts from the overall purpose of an investigation, which is to help prevent a similar occurrence from taking place. Investigative efforts thus far have included a theft or stealing of records of testimony and motive by the President and Secretary of State. The new Committee Chairman has placed an emphasis on establishing motive by a focus on why the Ambassador was at the unprotected Benghazi Consulate in the first place. This MOT Ballot weighs the degree of theft of truth from US citizens through the President's professed policies and procedures restricting eyewitnesses from testifying relative as to why Ambassador Stevens was in Benghazi at the time of his murder.
