Analysis and Conclusion relative to theft:

This he-said-she-said dialog on the news accomplishes some stealing of voter time and attention away from other issues that could substantially effect the 2014 mid-term elections. This diversion of attention toward hearsay opinion versus reporting only the facts and analysis of an official government report comprises a theft of voter time and attention. The taxpayers pay for a non-partisan official Government report which should be included with relevant reporting. For a partisan spokesperson representing a government agency (Dept of Health & Human Services) to simply denounce the findings of a non-partisan (by law) other government agency comprises the diversionary tactic of noise-making during an election year. This MOT Ballot weighs the degree of theft by ABC, NBC, CBS, and MSNBC news anchors of available TV media time for not reporting all relevant news facts when reporting on this subject, but reporting opinionating on opinions, or 'noise pollution'.
