Analysis and Conclusion relative to theft:

The action of stealing votes through intimidation and physical threat at the voting poles is in direct violation of the US Constitution and current law. This action of this President in directing the non-prosecution of a race during enforcement of US law is the exact opposite of his obligation of duty and can be accurately described as treason. This action supports the contention that racism in the US today is not a matter of color, but rather a cult that uses color to create hate and disturbance for entrepreneurial gains of attention, power, control and money. In short, this action has sanctioned Racism as a business in the US. The racist does not recognize or enforce many laws that apply to everyone equally. In this case the law, according to this President, applied only to White, Spanish, Asian, Upper Slavovian, or more accurately, all people in the United States except 'Blacks', of which he is one. This MOT Ballot weighs the theft of US voting rights and law by the President not performing his law enforcement obligations in accordance with the US Constitution, and by directive order, prohibiting equal justice under the law for all.
