Analysis and Conclusion relative to theft:

The first conclusion is that none in positions of US power learned the lessons that could have been obvious from two past MOT Polls, referenced below, with their respective conclusions with which to vote. Those voting results may be seen in the ‘Statistics’ reports of the MOT Poll.

Poll on Chattanooga Killings, Creation date 7/12/2015: This MOT Ballot weighs the theft of protection of US Citizens in the service of the US by Presidents Carter and Obama while using engagement rules that allowed and enabled these murders.

Poll on Ft. Hood and Beirut, creation date 4/01/2014: This MOT Ballot weighs the theft of protection of US Citizens in the service of the US by Presidents Carter and Obama who established or utilized the engagement rules that allowed and enabled these thefts of US military personnel lives and others.

Though President Trump has significantly changed the US Rules of Engagement during his Presidency, thereby saving probably tens of thousands of US lives, there has been no change concerning US military gun-free zones. This MOT Poll Ballot weighs the thefts of self-protection and lives of US military personnel by disallowing the carrying of any type of gun for self-defense OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON by military personnel when on a designated gun-free military property
