Mueller Special Counsel 2

Ballot creation date: 07/26/2018

Facts

Fact: The Mueller Special Counsel, after nearly two years, is still investigating a non-crime (collusion) whereas a Special Counsel is, by mandate and policy, only allowed to investigate crimes. [Please see Mueller Special Counsel 1 MOT Ballot of 03/04/2018]. Fact: The emphasis today on MSNBC is the question of whether or not President Trump knew in advance if his son was going to have a meeting with a Russian during the 2016 Election, and perhaps lied about it. Fact: The purpose of this emphasis is to attempt to prove whether or not President Trump was ‘Obstructing Justice’ (a legal term that is punishable).

Analysis and Conclusion relative to theft:

It is difficult to explain the cost to the tax payer of  the Government’s Department of Justice pursuing an ‘Obstruction to Justice’ for ‘Justicing’ a non-crime. This is like taking someone to court for eating a candy bar (non-crime) on the hearsay that the candy bar had been stolen (crime). Or, taking someone to traffic court for driving a car on a certain road on a certain day (non-crime) because some suspected that, though no accident resulted, a driver of a car on that day on that road may actually have been speeding (crime)….. and all with no evidence of anyone speeding in the area at the time and place. In these analogies, the President only contended that he didn't eat the candy bar, or drive the car. The term 'Witch Hunt' for this 'investigation' seems to fit like a glove. [Please also see MOT Ballot, Stupid Americans and the ACA, Ballot creation date: 11/11/2014] This MOT Poll Ballot weighs the theft of taxpayer money for salaries by the US Department of Justice, in ‘collusion with’ the Media, in a purely political endeavor, which is against many US Laws.
