Analysis and Conclusion relative to theft:

This prisoner exchange was a partial payment of ransom to Iran for US Citizens that were captured and held without cause or violation of any law, anywhere. The exchange was in keeping with age-old Islamic theocracy and traditional values. The exchange was not in keeping with American values or Constitutional allowance. The exchange was made by a rogue (not in compliance with US laws) US President which the US Constitution has allowed to be peacefully replaced next year through the election process. This MOT Ballot weighs the theft of security by this US President from all US Citizens who travel to Iran, or abroad and are now sanctioned by him to  be ransomed in any areas of the world where ISIS ((Islamic State of Iraq (claimed by Iran) and Syria (Claimed by Iran)) is suspected of being there by physical manifestations of clothing and mannerisms.
